purchasing products, or conducting business with us in-store or online, you
agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read this document

1. General Use
By using our website or making a purchase, you affirm that
you are:

least 18 years old (or the legally required age for specific products)
- Legally
permitted to own or possess the items you purchase
- Providing
accurate and truthful information
Misrepresentation of age or eligibility is prohibited and
may result in cancellation of orders or reporting to authorities.
2. Firearm Sales & Transfers
Firearm purchases must comply with all applicable federal,
state, and local laws, including:
- ATF
Form 4473 completion
- NICS
background check approval
- Valid
government-issued identification
- Residency
requirements
- Age
restrictions
- Waiting
periods (if applicable by law)
Firearms Cannot Be Shipped to Your Home
All firearms must be transferred through a licensed FFL
dealer.
Firearm Returns
- Firearms
returned before transfer are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- Firearms
cannot be returned after transfer except for manufacturer warranty
claims.
We reserve the right to refuse any sale if there is
reasonable cause or legal concern.
3. Ammunition Sales
You must meet North Carolina and federal age
requirements:
- 18+
for rifle/shotgun ammunition
- 21+
for handgun ammunition
Ammunition sales are final and non-returnable.
4. Optics, Accessories & Other Products
Optics, electronics, precision components, and custom items
may have specific return limitations. Refer to our Return Policy for
full details.
5. Pricing, Errors & Availability
We strive for accurate pricing and inventory, but errors may
occur.
Eastwood Outfitters reserves the right to:
- Correct
pricing mistakes
- Cancel
orders with incorrect information
- Limit
quantities
- Restrict
sales on certain items
- Discontinue
products without notice
If a price is incorrect, we will notify you and provide the
option to proceed or cancel the order.
6. Payment Terms
We accept major payment types allowed by:
- Coreware
POS
- Online
checkout platform
- Approved
credit/debit processors
Orders are charged at the time of purchase. Chargebacks
filed without cause may result in account restrictions.
7. Order Cancellations
You may request a cancellation before the item ships
or before a firearm transfer occurs.
Firearm cancellations are subject to the 10% restocking fee.
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:
- Fraud
concerns
- Legal
restrictions
- Inventory
errors
- Customer
ineligibility
8. Shipping & Pickup
Shipping
Items ship to the address provided by the customer.
Firearms ship only to verified FFL dealers.
We are not responsible for:
- Lost
or stolen packages after delivery
- Shipping
delays outside our control
- Incorrect
addresses provided at checkout
In-Store Pickup
Customers must present valid ID for pickup.
Firearms require legal compliance steps before release.
9. Warranties
Most products include manufacturer warranties.
Eastwood Outfitters:
- Does
not alter manufacturer warranty terms
- Will
assist with warranty claims when possible
- Is not
responsible for misuse, negligence, or improper installation
10. Limitation of Liability
Eastwood Outfitters is not liable for:
- Damage
caused by misuse of products
- Injuries
resulting from firearms or ammunition
- Losses
due to improper installation or handling
- Delays
or service interruptions
- Third-party
actions (such as shipping carriers or manufacturers)
Firearms, ammunition, and related products carry inherent
risk. Customers assume full responsibility for safe handling and lawful use.
11. Website Use & Intellectual Property
All content on our website—including logos, images, product
descriptions, and text—is the property of Eastwood Outfitters and protected by
copyright laws.
You may not:
- Copy
- Reproduce
- Modify
- Distribute
- Sell
- Republish
any content without written permission.
12. Privacy & Data Use
